Preach the word!

God is continually opening doors for His word to spread! In September, Victor had the opportunity to teach at a local church, and share from Ephesians 4:17-24, titled "How are you walking?" Also he was invited to teach at a woman's event,on the importance of the Bible. God's favor and grace continued as he taught at our home church here, Capilla Calvario Sela, in Colossians. As the word says in 2 Timothy 3:16, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be equipped for every good work. God's word was preached and many after testified how God had spoken to them.

Well, I have the blessing of supporting my husband in the call that God has put on His life, in prayer and side by side as he goes to teach. My heart's desire to encourage young girls, to love the Lord and obey his word has been a prayer of mine, a deep calling that God put on my heart. Waiting on the Lord for the group of young girls or woman. It happened a month ago, Four other missionary girls here serving in the slums, whom I met while we were there doing an outreach. We are going through Beth Moore's study the Patriarchs and learning that God is faithful to His promises and callings on our lives. I am learning over and over that God's timing is perfect for all things. He is never late, on answering our prayers as though at times it may seem like it, He is sovereign and in control.
I met a sweet young girl named Maria, ( pict. below) from Mexico she was here visiting her fiance, about a yr. and half ago. In that time we kept in touch via email, while she returned to Mexico as she waits for her wedding day here in Costa Rica. She asked me if we could begin a Discipleship over skype because she wanted to know God more! When it's God's time it's time!!

Young Adults Group from church is always a sweet time in God's word and some fun games after!
They take turns in  whose home it will be in, we love when it is at our home, because it is a time to be able to serve them and pray that they can see that marriage is a gift from God and designed to bring Him glory!

The School of Discipleship continues with the survey of  the New Testament, each student perseveres with diligence.  Thank you for your prayers and those who contribute to God's work here in Costa Rica. We all come together to bring Him glory!! And that none of us should glory in ourselves but in Jesus the reason of it all!!! blessings.
