Your word, O LORD, is eternal..

Student Testimonies: Alvaro Oviedo Munoz "My life has been transformed from the knowledge I received at the School of Discipleship & Ministry, and from seeing the testimonies of the teacher's lives at the school. I have received instruction on how to live a life in Christ. It has not been easy, being 54 yrs. of age and having lived in the world for a long time, for my pleasure, selfishness, and in sin. But since the day that my Lord gave me the opportunity to repent of my sins and make the decision to give my life to Christ, I've seen his hand on myself, my marriage, and my family. Though I have alot to learn, I know that every day He is transforming my life. As it says in Isaiah 43:13 "For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, 'Fear not, I will help you" in my case, it has been a great blessing to be in the Bible courses. They have allowed me to remove the bandage from my eyes and know that without God we are nothing. I thank God for this school, the teachers whom let God use them. Because it is through them that the Lord speaks to our hearts and shows us his holy will through his word, Blessings.
Fernando-(Left corner white collared shirt) One has been a Christian for 15 yrs. He began classes last year in Sept. and is continuing the program, his desire and prayer is that God will give him the perseverance to finish the two yr. discipleship. He says that he was a good Christian however, he was not studying God’s word on his own besides Sunday services, and he had a conviction to go deeper with his walk with Jesus. Not knowing where to begin, as he sat in a Sunday service at his church, Victor & I went to share about the opportunity to study God’s word, he says he knew that was his answer to how to do it! As he let months go by, one day he decided to take the step and give it a chance. Since then he has been faithfully attending, began serving in his church and his pastor says he is on fire for the Lord!!! When we arrived in Jan. from our furlough he was so excited that his 18yr. old son was going to join him on his new adventure in studying God’s word.
New Students Your word, O Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens. Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures. (Psalm 119:89-90) On February 24, 2009 CCEA sent us off to Costa Rica do follow God’s call. It has been 3yrs now and we cannot thank you enough for your prayers, love, encouragement & partnering with us in God’s work. Muchas gracias! It is amazing to see our Lord continually working in the lives of the students and transforming their lives through the power of his word! In February 50 new students signed up for the classes they are hungry and excited to learn and know God.
Victor teaching at Calvary Chapel Tamarindo, Costa Rica
Calvary Chapel Tamarindo, Costa Rica
There are six Calvary Church plantings going on in Costa Rica and God is doing some amazing things through the missionaries, and people here. Where we attend is Calvary Chapel Sela, Heredia, which is located in the center of the city. One of our dear friends church planting Clavary in Tamarindo (about 5 hours away near the beach) Pastor Phil & wife Rebecca McKay, four precious children, sent from, Vista Calvary Chapel had invited Victor to do one of the Sunday service’s while they were on their furlough in Feb. We are so grateful to Jesus our savior, who has given us the grace to be a part of his eternal work and constantly ask ourselves …who are we??? Oh, the amazing grace of the cross, Jesus work and plan, to his glory!! May Jesus grace be upon your hearts and again thank you for partnering with us in our Father’s business. In His grace, Victor & Nichol
